Making a “booking” with Euxton Karting Ltd will constitute a contract for us to deliver the agreed services to you, the customer, on the time and date and for the price agreed, and for you to take delivery of and pay for the services as agreed – both parties to comply with the terms and conditions.
Please read the following terms and conditions thoroughly before your booking with us.
*It is the sole responsibility of the person making this booking to communicate these Terms and Conditions to all other participants.
Please be aware that Motorsport/Karting can be dangerous – you must obey flags, lights and marshal instructions at all times.
Karting is a non-contact sport.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event by the given due date. In making your deposit payment, you agree to make all payments regarding payments required to confirm your karting event (see cancellation policy below). Drivers/teams can pay individually, please contact our sales team to arrange this on 01257 460555.
Minimum payments: The minimum payment required for any event is determined by the number of drivers or teams required for the event.
Final balance: Any outstanding balance is required to be paid on arrival at Euxton Karting Ltd on the day of the event. Corporate events can be invoiced in advance and full payment or required deposit is due 7 days after the invoice date.
Change of participant numbers: Euxton Karting Ltd understands driver numbers may change from the time of booking. When increasing participant numbers please inform us as soon as possible, whilst we cannot guarantee spaces available, we will try to accommodate this change.
Change of date or time: Once a booking has been made and deposit paid any changes requested will be entirely at the discretion of Euxton Karting Ltd. Euxton Karting Ltd reserves the right to change the date or format of your event if the required payment is not made by the due date.
Late arrival: Drivers must arrive at the given start time as events cannot be extended. Late drivers will not be permitted to participate if they miss the safety briefing. No refund will be given.
Refunds/Cancellations: Once Euxton Karting Ltd has received payment of a deposit and final balance, all monies including pre-paid vouchers are non-refundable. Should the party reduce in numbers following payment of the deposit, the deposit will be forfeited and no refund given for those members of the party not attending.
Cancellation policy is as follows:
• If you decide you no longer want to race with us for the date you have booked, you can cancel your booking and we’ll give you voucher credit that can be used for a future booking. You will just need to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice.
• In the event that you are legally prohibited from attending an event. A credit voucher will be issued to you.
Euxton Karting Ltd reserves the right to postpone this event at any time with the additional conditions being applicable as follows:
The customer shall not receive a refund if the event does not take place because of national war, prohibitive government regulation or anything else beyond the reasonable control of Euxton Karting Ltd.
Should the party number fall to less than the minimum group size for that event, for example a Grand Prix, Euxton Karting Ltd reserve the right to offer a substitute event. If the party or any participant decides not to partake in any part of the activities or events for any reason on the day, Euxton Karting Ltd will give no refund.
Euxton Karting Ltd may postpone any activity or event at any time that may fall outside the 28 days of the booking date, for example if technical difficulties/ (severe weather conditions) make an event unsafe. The activity will ne rescheduled for a mutually convenient date or time.
Adverse Weather Conditions: Our activities are offered subject to availability and weather conditions. We can operate under most weather conditions. Extreme weather conditions however may render an event unsafe for participants or staff members. If an activity has to be postponed due to the weather or safety reasons, the activity will be rescheduled on a mutually convenient date. Euxton Karting Ltd do not accept any responsibility for any inconvenience or expenses incurred as a result of this occurrence nor the inability of the participants to travel to our venue on the agreed date & time.
It is advisable to bring a change of clothes in case of adverse weather.
Activities/Events: Every effort has been made to describe the activities accurately on our website and literature. However, some changes may occur from time to time. All race times are approximate and may vary. You are advised to arrive shortly before your booking time. This allows time to read and fill in waiver forms.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown we will make every effort to repair the equipment as quickly as possible.
Customers must be aware that there may be occasions where repairs may not be resolvable on the day but every effort will be made to offer alternative equipment within the activity, however due to the nature of Karting this cannot always be guaranteed. Equipment damaged by participants actions, even if done accidentally, will not be replaced. For safety reasons, this will normally result in the curtailment of the event for that participant. Appropriate action shall be taken if it is believed by Euxton Karting Ltd that damage was done maliciously.
All organised race event options use the corporate GX270, GX200, GX160, Bambino or Electic Pre-Bambino fleet of karts unless otherwise specified.
Restrictions: All activities are provided subject to any restrictions stated on the website or via other information provided, for example the driver’s health condition, height, age or size.
Height & Age restrictions:
GX200 – a minimum height of 157cm & age of 12 years
GX270 – a minimum height of 147cm & age of 18 years.
GX160 (Cadet kart) – a minimum height of 120cm (a maximum height of 157cm) & age of 8 years old.
Bambino - a minimum height of 110cm & age of 6 years old. 5 if experienced in the pre-bambino, on 1:1 training and speed restrictions.
Pre-Bambino - a minimum age of 3 years & a maximum of 6 years old.
All heights are required to be confirmed at point of payment by an Euxton Karting Ltd employee. This is to ensure we comply with our cadet kart procedures. Failure to do so may result in individuals being unable to participate. A failure to comply with such a restriction will prevent the participant from undertaking the activity and in such circumstances Euxton Karting Ltd is under no duty to provide an alternative activity or a refund.
Age limits: All participants must be at least 6 years of age although 13 years if participating in Grand Prix group sessions (see height/age restrictions above) and will be required to confirm this on the disclaimer form by a parent/guardian responsible for the child. Please note that the participant must provide a proof of their age if requested to do so.
All under 18-year olds must be accompanied by an adult who must sign the disclaimer form on their behalf to give their permission for them to drive.
Safety: A compulsory safety briefing will be held at the beginning of each event. All participants must attend the safety briefing. Failure to do so will mean that the participant will not be allowed to partake in the activity and no refund will be given. All safety equipment including, helmets, gloves and race suits will be supplied for each driver. A neck brace is required for drivers under 16 years of age. A balaclava and set of gloves are required. You will be required to purchase these if you do not supply your own. Snoods, scarves, fingerless or winter gloves are not suitable. Gloves must have full hand grip with the ability to hold a steering wheel. Participants must wear sensible/own footwear and clothing suitable for the weather conditions and activities provided. Suitable footwear including but not limited to walking boots, pumps or trainers. High heeled footwear, open toe footwear, work boots and shoes with no tread on the sole and sandals are not suitable). Participants who bring their own helmets do so at their own risk and subject to our approval. Helmets must be full faced, and have visors. A type-E helmet is not acceptable for use driving in a kart. See restrictions below on the use of GoPro`s.

Behaviour: Participants are required to operate the vehicles safely and behave in a manner that does not put themselves or others, including staff members at risk. Verbal abuse and threatening behaviour towards members of staff or other members of the public will not be tolerated and will be asked to leave the premises. Euxton Karting Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any participant in the Party and/or cancel an activity or event should any participant’s behaviour cause concern for the safety of others or staff. Any participant driving dangerously or in any way deemed to be causing unnecessary damage to karts or property will be withdrawn from the activity. No refund will be given. Any participant, who behaves in a way that affects the delivery of any activities or enjoyment of others anywhere within the premises, may be asked to leave the premises and will forfeit any right to a refund whether or not the activities have been completed and will be liable for any compensation sought from Euxton Karting Ltd or any other parties concerned.
Fitness & Medical issues: Participants, who have an existing illness, are pregnant or other condition that may be affected by physical exertion for kart driving are advised not to participate. If they do so it is at their own risk. Euxton Karting Ltd advises anyone concerned about their health in relation to our activities or events to seek appropriate medical advice before booking. All drivers and spectators use the facilities and equipment at their own risk. Any driver or spectator, who suffers an accident on Euxton Karting Ltd premises, must report the accident immediately to a Euxton Karting Ltd member of staff or if they subsequently require hospital treatment. Euxton Karting Ltd is required to report to HSE if a member of the public is taken directly to hospital with a major injury. Euxton Karting Ltd will hold all driver equipment until the driver is discharged.
Drugs and Alcohol: Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol before or during an activity or event. This will always result in the participant being excluded from the activities and monies paid will be non-refundable. Euxton Karting reserves the right to refuse a participant if they are suspicious of any illegal drug consumption by noting the participants demeanour or smell of substance on their person. Likewise, for any alcohol consumption by noting the participants demeanour and/or smell on the participants breath.
Food / Drinks on site: Euxton Karting provides a fully catered service options for events / exclusive hire. We serve hot and cold food and drinks at “The Pit Stop Coffee Shop @ Euxton Karting” which is open during Euxton Karting Ltd opening hours. Customers are permitted to bring a picnic on site.
Go-Pro’s / Cameras: Please contact us regarding the use of Go-Pro’s or similar equipment if you wish to use one whilst driving as strict restrictions are in place. These will be allowed at the discretion of Euxton Karting Ltd. Euxton Karting Ltd does not allow cameras to be attached to karts in any way.
Disclaimers / Waivers: A disclaimer must be completed in full and signed for the activity offered. Anyone refusing to complete and sign the disclaimer will not be allowed to participate in the activity in question. Kart driving contains an element of risk for which Euxton Karting Ltd accept no responsibility whatsoever for injuries or loss incurred by participants or spectators. By booking with Euxton Karting Ltd participants understand that there is an element of risk of injury.
All under 18-year olds must be accompanied by an adult who must sign the disclaimer form to give their permission for them to drive. An adult is not however required to drive with the child on the track.
Open sessions: all drivers will be out on the circuit together (we will only mix like-minded children and adult i.e. family groups), Euxton Karting reserves the right to assess the driving standards and mixed ages and ability to drive a kart and then act accordingly to ensure the safety of all kart drivers.
Parking: Free parking is provided by Euxton Karting Ltd. All vehicles left in the Euxton Karting Ltd car park and their contents in them or on them, are left at the owner’s own risk. Euxton Karting Ltd cannot not be held responsible for any damage incurred to a visitors vehicle whilst parked on site.
Personal possessions: All personal possessions remain the responsibility of participants and guests at all times. Euxton Karting Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damaged, lost or stolen items on the premises.
Spectators / Visitors: As a participant, all drivers / users of our facilities are responsible for the behaviour of their supporters, family and friends.
Dogs: Please ensure you leave your dog safely at home as Euxton Karting Ltd does not allow dogs on site, apart from the use of guide or assistance dogs. Due to the presence of other dogs on site.
Prepaid vouchers: Euxton Karting Ltd accepts pre-paid vouchers purchased from ourselves. Unless otherwise stated on the voucher, pre-paid vouchers are valid for a period of twelve months from the date of issue. Failure to redeem within this period will result in the loss of the activity without refund. Customers are not able to cancel a Voucher once purchased from Euxton Karting Ltd. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Insurance: Euxton Ltd has public liability insurance of £10 million.
Photos / Media / Drones: Every visitor to Euxton Karting Ltd attempting to take photographs of any other visitor or race driver on the premises of Euxton Karting Ltd must ensure all media taken is in line with data protection guidelines.
Drones are not allowed on site unless prior agreed with the Directors, and the appropriate certification is shown.
Exclusion of liability: Euxton Karting Ltd shall not be liable for the death or personal injury of the customer, participant or third party. Euxton Karting Ltd shall have no liability for damage to property, consequential losses or expenses suffered, which includes but is not limited to loss of anticipated earnings, profits, goodwill, reputation, business receipts or contracts, losses or expenses resulting from third party claims.
Euxton Karting Ltd cannot be held responsible for any third-party organisations, or any associated contractors appointed by third party organisations.
Changes to terms: It is the intention of Euxton Karting that all the terms of the contract between us are contained in these Terms and Conditions and associated documents issued by us. If you wish to rely upon any variation in these terms you should ensure that the variations are agreed in writing.
Complaints: Any complaints must be reported to Euxton Karting Ltd at the earliest opportunity, and no later than 7 days after the incident causing complaint. It is within our interest to try to resolve any issue as soon as possible.
Statutory rights: Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect the customer’s statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
Pricing: The price stated is in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT unless specified otherwise.
Payment: Payment can be made by cash, debit/credit card, contactless payments and BACS. We do not accept cheques.

We only accept payments in British Pound Sterling (£).
Euxton Karting Ltd is –PCI Compliant.
Privacy Policy: We collect personal data of all drivers to ensure that we have a definitive record of who has read and completed our indemnity forms prior to their being allowed to drive on the circuits. All data collected is held under the data protection guidelines issued by the ICO.
